The Supplements I take:
Everyone is into their health now and there are so many supplements out there in the market that it boggles your mind knowing which ones to get.
A lot of people I know just take a multi vitamin whilst others take lots of various supplements including those linked to gym goers – bcaa, fat burners etc.
I get asked a lot what’s in my little pink pillbox and what supplements or vitamins I take so I thought I would share it with ya’ll here. I’m not saying this is what YOU should take however as everyone’s body needs different vitamins depending on their lifestyle and diet.
*Always look into the benefits and side effects etc* For example if you have IBS certain vitamins can make you bunged up.
My go to vitamins:
Probiotic: My favourite and most important that I take daily without fail is a probiotic. Probiotics basically help balance the good bacteria in your digestive system.They help keep my gut healthy and help me with bloating also. They have other health benefits besides aiding digestion such as helping with some skin issues(lots start from the gut). I use Optibac extra strength which you can find HERE or I also use Alforex which I found great but can be a little more expensive.
Vitamin A: Great for your skin but also organs and vision even. I use these ones which I got on Amazon. Find them HERE
Joint Plus: I take these as I get sore knees especially after doing legs and this really helps. This kicks in really quick unlike a lot of vitamins. It’s got Glucosamine HCL, Chondroitin Sulphate, MSM and Celadrin.. you can get these HERE
That’s what I’m taking at the moment as that’s what my body needs. My routine and supplements change depending on my needs and even the season.
